Is Peppol included?

Yes. Peppol is built into Neoo Business and Neoo MSP. Your e-invoices go through the Neoo gateway or, if you already have one, through yours.

What does Neoo cost for invoicing?

Neoo Start costs €22 per user per month, minimum 2 users (from €44 per month), environment included. For a team that shares its processes, Neoo Business costs €59 per user per month, plus your company’s hosting: from €158 per month. Both plans come with a 30-day free trial. Can I invoice time spent?

Yes. Hours to invoice appear in pending billing, with their customer, duration and amount, next to the contracts. A quote can also plan time spent at the hourly rate of the customer’s price list.

What about credit notes?

They have their own number and appear with the invoices in the global list, with their customer, date and status.

What about my accounting?

You share with your accountant the documents they need, with access you control. For your accounting software, Accounting Apps is a Business option that requires Desktop & Apps.
