How to archive you Emails in Outlook

Open the 'File' tab in Outlook.
Click on 'Cleanup' Tools, then select 'Archive'
Check 'Archive this folder and all subfolders'
Select your email adress.
Choose a date for 'Archive items older than'
If you want to change the path where your archive will be created, click on browse and select a path.
Click OK to start the archiving process.
The archiving process is now in progress. Do not close your your Outlook as long as it is running. You can check the progress of the archiving process on the progress bar at the bottom of your Outlook.
To open your archive, deploy 'Archives' under your mail folders.
